How do I purchase tickets?

Are there tickets available for first responders?
Through the generosity of our corporate partners and our bowl fans, we are pleased to have a limited number of complimentary tickets for first responders to attend our game. Ticket sign up is available via our website by selecting "First Responders" menu option underneath "Tickets" above. You can also access the page by clicking here.
I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
ADA seating accommodations can be made by calling our office at (817) 810-0012. If purchasing directly from the participating schools, be sure to specify your needs during their process.
Does my child need a ticket?
All children 24 months and older will require a ticket to enter the stadium. Children under 24 months do not require a ticket but must sit in the lap of a parent during the game.
I lost my tickets for the game. How can I replace them?
Please stop by the will call window outside Gate A on game day starting at 10:00 a.m. to arrange for a replacement pass for your seats.
When can I pick up tickets at will call?
Will call tickets can be picked up at the will call window next to Gate A starting at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the game, December 26. Note: a valid photo ID will be required to pick up will call tickets.
How much are tickets and where are they located?

Which team is home and which is visitor?
For the 2017 bowl game, West Virginia will be the home team, and Utah will be the visiting team.
Are any team events open to the public?
The First Responders Fan Fest (Cotton Bowl Stadium Plaza) is open to the public. Check out our Bowl Events page throughout the fall for more details as well as exact times and dates.
What are the team hotels?
Official team hotels are the Westin Dallas Downtown Hotel (West Virginia) and the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel (Utah).
When is the game?
The 2017 Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl game will be played on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 12:30 p.m.
Where is the game?
The game is played at the Cotton Bowl Stadium located at Fair Park, just two miles east of downtown Dallas. For directions, click here.
Is the game on television or radio?
The game will be televised by ESPN and can be heard on the Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Radio Network coordinated by RedVoice LLC.
How do I park?
Parking can be purchased with $20 cash on game day. RV Parking is allowed the day before the game, beginning at noon, at a cost of $50. For additional information about parking, please contact (214) 389-4300.
What are the rules for tailgating before the game?
Tailgating is allowed in official state fair parking lots only. It is not possible to reserve adjacent spaces in advance or upon arrival. Open flames are not allowed. Traffic flow and pedestrian traffic may not be impeded. Official state fair lots open at 9:30 a.m. on game day.
What items am I allowed to bring into the stadium?
Only the following items will be permitted upon entrance into Cotton Bowl Stadium:
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceeding 14 inches by 14 inches
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• One unopened bottle of water
• Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags
• Small clutch bags must be approximately the size of a hand
• Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at stadium gates
• Backpacks, diaper bags and other similar bags will not be allowed
How I do get to Cotton Bowl Stadium?
Cotton Bowl Stadium is accessible by car from I-30 using exit 48B if traveling eastbound or exit 49B if traveling westbound. For navigation use 3750 Cotton Bowl Stadium Plaza, Dallas, TX 75210. Access is also available to Fair Park by light rail or bus using Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). DART's green line includes two transit stations with easy access to events held at Cotton Bowl Stadium.
